Mark has always cared deeply for animals; not just pets, but wild animals as well. He was born in Grand Junction, CO, but has lived in Fort Collins most of his life. He has always wanted to work with animals but hopes to one day do conservation work abroad with big cats. Mark has a very sassy Siamese cat named Leesi who fancies herself queen of the universe. He is also the proud parent of a pink-toe tarantula named Jade. In his spare time, Mark enjoys being outside hiking, camping, backpacking, swimming and adventuring into the unknown! He loves music, art, books, film, travelling and learning about foreign cultures and languages.
